1. Fifteen photographs (size should be approx. 2.5 cms by 3.0 cms and not larger) it would be desirable to affix a hair from your head behind each photograph and to put your name in your own handwriting at the back/front side of each photograph.
2. Completed questionnaire available on this blog, under label 'Questionnaire-1 and Questionnaire-2', the questionnaire is optional but it is desirable you complete it, it will help to balance difference energy imbalances.
3. Remittance. If you visit the centre, the remittance can be remitted personally, otherwise arrange to send it by post, per a bank draft or cheque, favouring 'Deepak Kashyap', payable at Agra, India.
On your visit to the centre personally, you may contact during consultation hours (morning 10 - 1.30 and evening 4 - 6) with prior appointment. ON RECEIPT OF YOUR APPLICATION AT THE CENTRE your card and the Energy Sample will be delivered to you personally.
IF SENDING THE APPLICATION BY POST, AFTER RECEIPT OF YOUR APPLICATION AT THE CENTRE, the card will be posted at your address along with the Energy Sample.
IF SENDING THE APPLICATION ONLINE, please arrange to send the other enclosures by post. AFTER RECEIPT OF YOUR APPLICATION AT THE CENTRE, the card will be mailed at your email address and the procedure for getting the Energy Sample 'online' will be informed to you.

The members are issued a 'Health Card' and an 'Energy Sample' for their term (for details of Health Card and Energy Sample please visit www.viewunderstanding.blogspot.com, label 'The Mission'). This 'Energy Sample' is prepared according to the personnel requirements of the member, keeping in view the Natural Health and balancing of energies (as indicated by problems and the questionnaire supplied with the application). The Energy Sample is revised every three months or as and when indicated.
